Common questions

Is same-day dumpster delivery available?
In most cases, yes — call before 1pm on a weekday and we will fit you into that afternoon's schedule. After 1pm, you go on the first route the following morning.
What is the standard rental period?
Every container comes with seven days. Need extra time? Reach out before your scheduled pickup and we will extend it.
Where can the dumpster be placed?
Any spot our truck can access safely — driveway, side yard, or on the street with a permit in place. Let us know which direction you want the door facing and we will position it accordingly.
Is a permit required in Baltimore?
Not when the dumpster sits on private property. If it needs to go on a public street, Baltimore requires a right-of-way permit — we will point you to the exact office that handles it.
What materials are allowed in the dumpster?
General household items, furniture, renovation debris, roofing, decking, flooring and drywall. No paint, fuel, tires, batteries or freon-containing appliances. Yard waste, dirt and concrete go in a dedicated heavy-debris container.
